The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. sets up its first graduate chapter with sixteen graduate brothers carrying the torch for the fraternity. These brothers are chapter founders on December 1, 1955, founded the Tau Chi Chapter. Brother Ernest J. Yancy, Joseph F Walker, Lamar Forte, Edward J. Hoff, Bernard F. Coleman, Kermit C. King, and Mark Andrew.
